Find your nearest store using our site locator How to Register The application form is available at our stores or could be downloaded from here Bring to your nearest store the completed application form and proof of eligibility as detailed below: - An original utility bill (i.e. gas, electricity, telephone) from the business address you wish to register, dated within the last three months;
- VAT registration certificate (if applicable);
- An original bank statement;
- Any form of photographic ID of the business owner (i.e. driving license, passport);
- An original utility bill proving the home address of the business owner, dated within the last three months
- Trade references (for credit and cheque applications).
Take the application form and the above documentation to your local depot, where our staff will be happy to assist you
